Our members feel that there is a sense of family within the congregation. We worship in a unified way so that all members share the same worship experiences no matter what service works for them on a given weekend. There are also many opportunities to get involved, create lifelong relationships, and become a part of the ministry of Zion. For more information opportunities to get involved, visit GET CONNECTED.
If you are considering a new church home, we’d love to have you join Zion’s congregation.
How to Join…
If you already have a Lutheran background and have been confirmed in another Lutheran church, we can help you through the steps of joining. Please contact Vickie Adams in the church office for more information (email@example.com).
If Lutheran teachings are new to you, we’d like to take some time to tell you about our faith. Our 101: Adult Information Class is for anyone who is interested in understanding the Christian faith as the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod teaches it, and for those who wish to join Zion’s congregation. Taught by the pastors, these sessions cover the basic teachings of the Christian faith, allowing the individuals to compare with his or her own church background. At the end of the class, you will be invited to be confirmed (and baptized if applicable) and join Zion’s congregation.
Sessions for 101: Adult Information Class are offered several times each year. For more information or to sign-up to attend an upcoming session, please contact Vickie Adams at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All new members are asked to complete our covenant form. This form helps us to gather your basic information to be included in our database. Feel free to complete the form now, if you choose by clicking the link below.
