Life Sunday Celebration Jan 20

Guest Preacher on Sunday, January 20

We welcome Rev. Michael Salemink, Executive Director of National Lutherans for Life, as our guest preacher next Sunday, January 20, forty-six years since our country legalized abortion.  In addition, a representative from the St. Charles County Lutherans for Life will give an update and offer opportunities to get connected with other life-affirming ministries in our area.

Special Brunch Served

Join us in Zion’s Fellowship Hall for a delicious brunch during coffee hour.  Hosted by the Women’s Network, you are invited to join us downstairs at 9:00 am  Sunday, January 20.

Bible Study Guest Speaker

After you enjoy brunch, stay to hear Kristi’s message during Bible study hour at 9:30 am.

Kristi Hofferber is a pro-life and adoption advocate who shares a message about the value of ALL lives.  After learning about her own traumatic conception, Kristi was compelled to help others and left a ten-year career to obtain her Master’s degree in social work.  She is currently the Executive Director of a small non-profit in Collinsville, IL.  She also travels to share her life-affirming story of an unthinkable beginning to a life with purpose.  She is an adoptee and wife of an LCMS pastor who is also and adoptee.  Together they have two adopted children.  They are a family stitched together by God’s design and for His purpose.
